Terms of Service

1. Subscription & 14-Day Free Trial

All plans begin with an unconditional 14-day free trial. If you cancel prior to the conclusion of the trial period, your payment method will not be charged. Paid subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis unless cancelled.

2. Household Accounts

A single family subscription covers up to six household members. Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

3. Health & Allergy Disclaimer

While TidyHealth and TidyChef provide automated allergen alerting tools, parents must exercise independent parental judgment regarding severe medical allergies.
