Manage or cancel your plan
For families on the Founding Family plan.
In the Stripe customer portal
Sign in with the email you used at checkout. Stripe checks it's you by email, then you can cancel your plan, update your card or get your receipts.

Email billing@thetidyway.com from the address you used at checkout, and say you'd like to cancel. We'll cancel the plan for you.
What happens when you cancel
Your plan won't renew, and you keep access until the end of the year you've paid for.
Your $49 price lock ends. If you join again later, you'll pay the price offered at that time.
If you ask within 30 days of a payment, we'll refund that payment in full instead. A refund ends your plan straight away. Email billing@thetidyway.com to ask for one.
